Be sure to take a flashlight so you can read the menu. Menu is black with dull gold script. I suppose that is an attempt to be elegant. Steaks were very tender but then they should have been with all the salt they were obviously soaked in. Cheese on the French onion soup was pure rubber.
Soup was really good once I pushed all the tuff thick cheese to the side. The baked potato was delicious!

Where to begin? I desperately wanted to enjoy this Saturday evening meal. As a native of Bainbridge, I'm proud of downtown's growth and support it at every opportunity. The old library holds a special place, its ambiance is unique. Unfortunately the owners missed a great opportunity to expand on the Library theme, instead resorted to a ladies garden tea room decor.
