Corporate makes them do this or that, some rules about where and when cheese goes on, and how to lay out the sandwich, but trust me, when the chips are down, they will make your sandwich YOUR WAY! And it will be awesome! My wife and I go every Friday night, it's our date night for each other, where we know we will get a nutritious meal and have some leftover for lunch the next day. The ladies always make what we like, and are attentive and caring. In fact, Ms Nancy is one of our oldest friends in Clarkesville, since we moved here five years ago. She was running the other location, and has had to work through thick and thin with less than honest employees costing her time and money. Since the new location, it's been better, and the whole environment has improved. They love what they do, and the food shows it! “I've worked here for quite a while, and I'm no spring chicken. The food is good and hot. Some days I work the window and some days, I work at the front counter. The restaurant is clean and IF you're a worker that doesn't stand around doing nothing the day goes faster and the whole team benefits. This is a great place to work and we have a great hard working team of people.“
