I usually eat on the way to work or on the way home and the slop that I have had on my sandwiches in the past was a mess. IF there is a sandiwch making pro it is Matt. The way everything was evenly placed throughout the sandwich with NO mess or stuff hanging off the bread was not only beautiful but equally as satisfying!
