“I placed a mobile order and my food was ready about 15 minutes after they said it would be- honestly I was annoyed at first but the freshness of our food was worth the wait. They even offered to bring my order to my car, which I greatly appreciated!I haven't been to a KFC in years. I wanted to see their new menu and try their new nuggets.I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious our food was. The new nuggets are white meat but they're breaded in their "original recipe" style. They were so so good! We'll be back!“

“I’m unsure of the names but the entire crew who was working At 2:45 PM February 17 is absolutely incredible. Nothing was missed. They asked me questions that I’ve never been asked from a Zaxby’s before service is beyond incredible. Food was perfect. I would drive 45 minutes out of my way just to come back to this specific Zaxbys alone just because of the crew working I’ve never felt like family in a fast food restaurant before until today.“

“We love the food and sauces. I like the Freestyle pop machines as well to make my own drinks. Service was fast and friendly. My only complaint is a corporate policy were they charge you for sauces! I wanted to try a few of the flavors and was told that they were an up charge! Most other restaurants will give you sauces. It is frustrating especially if you get a big meal and you only get the same amount of sauce as a small meal. We will probably stick to Chick-fil-A in the future because of this.“

I came in here at 3 or 4 pm and the employees upfront were wonderful. Their customer service is exceptional. Kyle came and brought us our fries. He treated every customer greatly. I can't remember the other employee name but she's so sweet. Ive Interacted with her before and she's so wonderful. I enjoy it when she calls us baby its so endearing.“

“I have to say for $12 for a salad I expected my lettuce to at least be fresh. I had a bunch of lettuce that was wilted and soft which is absolutely disgusting. I drove through the drive-thru so the atmosphere is a drive-thru the service they do their part at the window. So I definitely did not get what I paid for. Next time I'll just go to Publix and make my own salad.“
