The Grande Event Tea Room offers a wonderful experience with an intimate setting and a unique option to mix multiple teas. While they require 24 hours notice for party changes, the food is delicious and the tea selection is stunning. The caramel toffee tea was a highlight. The servers are friendly and knowledgeable, making the visit enjoyable. However, attention to detail is needed for a more upscale presentation. The linens and tables could be cleaner, with fresh flowers added. The premade sandwiches led to soggy bread, but the scones were excellent. With some improvements, this tea room has the potential to be a cute and successful spot for lunch or afternoon tea.
