We go to the Bethlehem location.
My absolute favorite is the Steak burrito, all the great fillings.
They have a great chicken soup and menudo if your feeling down/sick
My kids love the rice and beans and steak tacos.
Love the flautas which is what I had today and the torta with French fries.
They have a yummy cucumber lemon drink as well. We were driving to Lawrenceville for authentic food and so glad we found this spot. Definitely recommend them and their customer...read full review
I just went to the new 3BurritosTaqueria in Bethlehem, and it was mind-blowing how good this was, especially for the price. I got the fried tacos, and they are INCREDIBLE!

3 Burritos is a spot for authentic Mexican food with plenty of seating and parking adjacent to a gas station. The menu offers lots to choose from, including fantastic birria tacos and quesa birria tacos that are stuffed full of meat and served with a slightly spicy, great consommé. Other popular items are the papusas, the steak burrito, and Plate #1: three tacos of choice with rice and beans. The food is flavorful, seasoned and tasty, with huge and hot fresh portions. The restaurant has a walk-up counter with fast service; you order there and the food is delivered to your table. There is also a salsa and topping bar. Fountain soda, beer, water, and drinks like Jarrito mandarin are available, though more agua frescas options are desired. A couple of TVs are in the dining room. Some find the prices a little pricey but not exceedingly so. The main suggestions are to have a printed menu in addition to the rotating electronic menu board, to have someone keep up with cleaning the dining area, and to ensure all condiments, like salsa and curtido for the papusas, are provided fresh. The staff is kind, friendly, and attentive. Despite minor downsides like an occasional wait, customers cannot wait to go back and try more menu items like the torta Cubana.
