“Melissa at store number 16121 made me not turn away from this store.
Sure, like any other Subway chain, they have their problems. But what makes one better than the other, and Subway a choice for sandwiches overall at the end of the day are two things. First, food consistency, and two, the experience I have buying that food.
With Melissa managing the store, this store delivers on both ends. She should train the other employees on how to handle themselves. I feel she already does as this store has gotten better.

“We placed a curbside order at the Statham subway and on our way there it said the order was cancelled. I called and spoke to to Levi. He was very nice, went above and beyond to help. They did get our order and he made it for us right away. Thank you Levi. And the sandwiches he made were amazing!!“

“Great experience! After a really long day with work and no dinner yet, I tried placing a mobile order but unfortunately they were 15 minutes out from closing so it wouldn’t let me. I gave them a call and they were so kind to let me place a pickup order over the phone. When I got there, my order was ready and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. To top it off, when I got home, I found the adorable note on the bag! It was just the icing on the cake after a tiring day! Thanks for being great!“

“I work in the building right behind this subway so I frequent here. The last couple of times I have been a young man named Eli has served me. I don't normally write reviews but Eli deserves one. He is super friendly, conversational, with great customer service! Excellent job Eli, keep it up!“

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Subway today! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting me with big smiles and asking how they could assist me. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, with a fresh, inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.When it came time to order, the staff were patient and helpful, guiding me through the menu and answering all of my questions with enthusiasm. I was impressed by the wide range of sandwich and salad options on offer, as well as the flexibility to customize my order to my exact preferences. And with so many fresh ingredients to choose from, I knew my meal was going to be both delicious and nutritious.“

“First time back to Jersey Mike’s in a long time and It did not disappoint. We moved and there is not one near our new house. Anyway, they know how to make a great sub. Only complaint, as with pretty much every sub shop, is that the workers asking questions don’t EVER talk loud enough to be heard over the glass. Just kinda have to guess what they aren saying and even after you say “could you repeat that” 3 or 4 times, they still refuse to speak louder.Oh well, I guess one can mumble and Still fix a great sub.“
