“Food took a little longer than expected, though to be fair, it was the friday night dinner rush so I suppose thats my own fault. However the service from our host and server was AMAZING. Our server was Lamar, he was super kind and welcoming. Even gave me and my friend suggestions on appetizers because we had a hard time deciding. He answered all our questions regarding the menu. Lamar is the epitome of excellent customer service. Great server and very accommodating despite the dinner rush. We never ran out of beverage or anything else we needed with him serving us. I think I enjoyed the customer service more than the food, HAHA. Anyways, food was amazing, just a little wait to it. Atmosphere was easy on the eyes with nice dark colors and warm lighting. However, what this review really is about is the amazing customer service we received from Lamar and the other servers. Hopefully LorgHorn's management sees this review! “Overall a good experience. I had the chicken hibachi and my boyfriend had the philly cheesesteak and dumpling combo. I enjoyed my chicken hibachi as it was a decent price for the amount of food you get. I do wish that the chicken was a little better though. My bf mentioned that the dumplings were really good! but was a little frustrated that the bread got soggy on our 15 min drive home. Overall a good experience, as we only paid 24$ for both meals.“

“Have gone multiple times and have had different experiences each time. During busy weekends the dining room is fairly full while food and service are great. Unfortunately in the evening it seems that staff is a little less attentive to customers - takes a while to order, get refills on drinks, or to return after the meal has been served. Now the food....well, that's been great each time and consistently fresh, well prepared and delicious.If you're ok with great food with hit or miss service, this is the place to be.“

“Amazing place for fresh pizza. No frozen dough fresh ingredients and amazing staff. All the negative reviews are butt hurt people who are used to cheap pizza. The price is real factor yes they are on higher end but if it was $9 pizza it’s better to head Walmart frozen section and pick one. I guess everyone wants fresh cooked pizza for cheaper than frozen and are butt hurt.“

“We tried this awesome place tonight. My daughter and boyfriend (as well as me) loved it!! Very friendly staff, and Sam was our server. She was excellent with my daughter and our drink refills. The food was amazing! Large portions with excellent prices. I loved the variety of sauces on the table that were home made! We will be back. :) thank you guys!“

“We LOVE the food and the people here. Used to think the decor was neat, too. Now it just seems kinda dated and a bit dusty. ? The beaded curtain to the restrooms gives me the heebie jeebies ... dirty hands and the potential of transferring feces to faces and/or hands via the curtain just doesn't sit well with me!“

“This is the best Mexican restaurant around! We went on Mother's day and they were slammed. The staff were friendly, fast, and the food was excellent just like always. I even got a complementary piece of cake and it was super delicious. I can't recommend El Cazuelon enough.“
