Melissa's Cakes are by far the best. We traveled from Fl to GA for our wedding. Lucky for us we decided to check them out. SOOO glad we did. We were in town for a wedding and stopped into the shop to get some sweet treats - we decided we were celebrating my daughter’s 3rd Birthday early, since family was in town with us. We loved the treats so I asked if they could do a cake for her. It was last minute BUT they created the perfect, princess, rainbow, unicorn cake from one of the case cakes! Not only was it perfect for her and her personality BUT the strawberry + buttercream is exactly what I hope heaven is like!
We celebrated our grandson's 6th birthday in Helen and I wanted a cake made to surprise him. I found this bakery online and I am so happy I did. I told her what we wanted and she made the perfect Army/Soldier cake for him. Strawberry with white chocolate mousse filling and buttercream icing. It was the best birthday cake we have tasted.
