Chick-fil-A is a restaurant that has had its share of issues with accuracy. Some customers have reported receiving incorrect orders. Others have experienced issues with utensils. Additionally, some have reported receiving drinks with inadequate ice. Despite these issues, the restaurant still has its loyal customers, who appreciate the overall quality of the food and service. The efficiency of Chik-fil-A ALWAYS amazes. Ms. Adriana was highly efficient during her morning shift. She was smiling, friendly, & moving at a great pace to satisfy her customers. Vegetarian options include Spinach, lettuce, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, small “Roma” tomatoes, & celery. Kid-friendliness includes small chicken sandwiches for kids, fries, yogurt. Orders are very rarely incorrect, but when they are they have no issue correcting it immediately and with a smile. Service is quick inside the store as well as in the drive thru. The chick-fil-a sandwich on a multi-grain bun is a favorite, enjoyed with the Kale Crunch Salad on the side. There is always plenty of parking, even when busy. However, some staff at the food door are really not that happy. They don’t ever say my pleasure and they are always so drab.
