Decided to stop here at the last minute and we are glad we did. The two people working behind the counter were so nice and patient. We haven't been to buffalos in about 2 years so it took is a minute to figure out what we wanted. The food was hot and tasted food. Would go back again.
Alright so I called the place again, and someone finally answered! His name was Henry and he was able to help me with the order. Trust me, I wanted the food, but out of frustration the same day I ordered, I just wanted my refund. So he was able to make my order for pick up once again, and the fries were good, but the wings were okay. They could have used a little more sauce.

This is a Go location so no stars for atmosphere. Food is usually excellent but I wish there was a way to specify xtra crispy on the Application.

Buffalo Wild Wings GO offers a mix of experiences. The restaurant itself is clean and organized, making guests feel comfortable to eat. Employees are often described as nice, patient, understanding, and polite. The food is frequently called hot, fresh, great, tasty, and delicious, with one guest calling it the best Buffalo Wild Wings in a long time and recommending it. However, some issues occurred. One online order for pickup was placed at 12, but the door was locked and the place was empty, and a refund could not be given until the restaurant was open. Another order had the second set of large fries forgotten, but an employee apologized, took accountability, rushed the order, and delivered the missed fries in 15 min along with 3 sets of fries, 3 dessert cookies and brownies, onion rings, two lemonades, and a few other things. In another visit, the fries were good, but the wings were okay and could have used a little more sauce. Another guest said all the wings were not coated with the dry rub, and the burger patty did not have any seasoning, but would definitely be back.
