“3 stars for food because my chai was milkier than I prefer it. I ask for a Chai w/ 4 pumps during visits and it tasted like it had the standard 3.

5 stars for the service because Julien at the window this morning was so lovely. I had an unrelated question about Braselton because I’m passing through and she was nice and quick with her engagement.

4 stars for atmosphere because I had not actually entered the building to give an accurate rating. However, I took a star off because whilst answering my question, Julien was interrupted by a coworker (did not get her name but she was taller and sporting a blonde bun and visor). Based on Julien’s response (she just explained that I asked a question) I inferred that she asked about her pace or may have made a comment on her continuing conversation with me. Understandable because I was in the drive through, but the entire interaction was probably no more than 4 minutes. I understand that the time in the drive through is a matter of importance though. The faster and more accurate you are, the better it reflects on you. I just wasn’t feeling the fact that I observed her continue to watch Julien after she explained that it was me who asked her a question and she was just answering.

My food was usual and my chai was okay but it was Julien’s personable nature that made me tip, which can be challenging given the nature of the job.“

“Coffee and ice cream from Baskin Robin was good. Our server was amazing! Attentive took time to let my uncle try different flavors of ice cream and asked me to taste my coffee to make sure it was the way I wanted! Granted it wasn't a busy time but she cared far beyond what was required.“

“Food is good, service is great. The major problem with this particular McDonald's is that it shares the building and parking lot with a Pilot Truck Stop center. There is virtually no parking and to make it into the drive thru lane you have to "thread the needle" and hope you make it up to the intercom in one piece. I know this isn't anyone's fault that works there, it's just frustrating to have to go through all that just to get a burger.“

Really good coffee, friendly service, cheaper than Starbucks. Give it a try.

Coffee was surprisingly good. In my opinion it was better tasting than Jittery Joe's, Starbucks and Dunkin. It's cheaper than Starbucks but not by much. I got a Cappuccino with vanilla and it was very good. I didn't try their food but the menu looks good.

The young lady there was also very nice. Service was fast as well but there was no line to be fair.“
