“Jenny is AMAZING!! She works her butt off to make sure all her customers are taken care of. I’ve never had a bad order. We have pretty much tried everything on the menu and it’s all GREAT!! She’s works so hard she has phones ringing two at a time holding them. It’s a very clean restaurant and Jenny is always so kind and remembers her customers!! Make you feel really good when they know who you are. Would I recommend absolutely!! Her wings are AMAZING. The flavor the crispy not dry or soggy. Her fish is cooked to perfection and her beef fired rice is a staple choice!! If you haven’t tried the restaurant yet you don’t know what you’re missing!! “The employee taking our order acted like a zombie, didn't speak unless necessary and even then it was robotic and devoid of any hint of emotion. He was effective though and got our orders right. I ordered the grilled white fish and grilled shrimp combo. When the food came out there was a ton of seasoning on the fish. It honestly looked like the lid came off the shaker. It had so much seasoning that dropping the plate on the table resulted in a cloud. This was only on one half of the fish, the other half was OK but so dry with the edge being very much like beef jerky. I drank an entire cup of tea trying to swallow it down. The shrimp, green beans and bread stick were good. The fried okra tasted good but it was greasy, too greasy. Three of us ate with two of us having okra. The two that ate okra have been having severe stomach distress since then. Our plans for after we had eaten were immediately discarded and the mad dash for the restroom began. It's been a day and I still can't stray far from the bathroom. I haven't gone for treatment yet but I do believe we've somehow gotten food poisoning from okra. The lobby was clean and pleasant. The tea was good. no bitterness at all.

“Rancho Veijo Cantina & Terrace is our 2nd home. We have been going here very frequently for almost a year and we never want to leave. The staff treat us like family and we don't take that for granted. The food is amazing, always high quality and served fast. However, as good as the food and drinks are, that only scratches the surface. We love it because of the atmosphere. It just feels like hanging out with close friends and family. We look forward to seeing our favorite people and spending time in conversation. The attention to detail and customer service here is unmatched. Truly a pinnacle in a sea of overpopulated and understaffed restaurants. Every single staff member at Rancho is amazing and we appreciate each and every one. “Food is always very good here and the quality is consistent. We ordered take out and they forgot to include our Lemon Chicken. We didn't notice until we got home, so we called to let them know. They apologized and offered to deliver it to us. When our delivery arrived they gave us free Rangoon's.

Very nice of them to do all that for one order of chicken.“

“Had late lunch earlier dinner as we just missed the lunch cut off. The food was excellent and so many choices to choose from. We had the large guacamole and it was the best ever and it was very large. I had the quesadillas ranchera and they were tasty. Would have to come back several times to eat more of their creations and definitely will. Service was great and atmosphere good. I will be back.“
