Ordered hot ham n cheese sandwich’s they was cold like it just came out of the freezer!!! Tried calling and they won’t answer the phone
Came through drive through only to have the cashier say our card was declined after running it ONCE knowing fully well it had adequate funds. We did not appreciate her tone of voice and disdainful facial expressions. We will not be coming back to a Hardees. Very disappointed.
It took over 20 minutes for them to START making our food, and then over 10 minutes for my roommate to get his money back. The manager was extremely rude and made threats. I wish I could give negative stars for the treatment yesterday. Completely unacceptable.
