“This spot was perfect for a casual pizza night with friends catching up! There wasn't a wait even on a Friday evening and we were seated at a clean table. Staff was knowledgeable of the menu, customization options and suggestions. We were so hungry I didn't get pictures of the pizza but the dessert was delicious and didn't disappoint either!“
“We stopped for a late lunch on a whim! The food is amazing! Their fresh pasta, I had the shrimp /lobster ravioli in Alfredo sauce was amazing. ( you pick the sauce you want ). The Margarita Pizza was authentic and wonderful! If you want real Italian this is a place to definately try! We will be back!“
“JenChan’s is one of my favorite restaurants! The food and cocktails are delicious. I have not had a dish there that I didn’t love. The margarita pizza, rice bowls, and ginger margaritas are my favorites! Not only is the food amazing, the service and employees are absolutely wonderful. A 10/10 must try restaurant!“
“One word - DELECTABLE! We are by no means a vegan family, but we love this vegan food. Everything is not only visually appealing but also delicious to the palate. 10/10 would highly recommend! You can find anything from food, drinks, to dessert!“
“Best pizza in Atlanta according to an entire office — and I agree! The dough was amazing - authentic like those you can find in Italy. The ingredients were wholesome and in good quality. They provide toppings like garlic, chili flakes and chili oil abundantly. One disadvantage is that they only provide disposable materials like plastic cutlery even if you dine in, which is more impactful to the environment.“
“The customer service at Humble Pie truly exceeded expectations, going above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Despite being a bit lost on my way there as an out-of-towner, the front desk staff patiently stayed on the phone with me until I arrived, guiding me every step of the way. Upon entering, I was greeted by the beauty of the establishment, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. I indulged in their delectable crab hush puppies, accompanied by a fabulous drink that perfectly complemented the flavors. And to top it all off, the apple bourbon cobbler was a delightful finale, blending warmth and sweetness into each spoonful. Humble Pie not only serves exceptional food but also embodies the true essence of hospitality, making it a must-visit destination for both locals and travelers alike.“
“My family has been twice and we love it! We've eaten both the margarita and the salumi pizzas and absolutely love both. The most recent time we also had a Caesar salad and house salad and we were both impressed. Now the service, the waiter we had yesterday was amazing. When the waiter came and asked what we wanted our 2 year old chimed in and said "pineapple pizza" which they obviously don't have. But they happened to have some extra pineapples in the back and made him a very small personal pineapple pizza. They didn't need to do this but they did and made it special for him.We had our mother in law with us for our last visit and she said the pizza was "better than Italy". I honestly love this place and the service is outstanding. Will 100% recommend this place.Plus the airport location is really good as wellParking: Free parking available“
“I stopped here for a takeout pizza. This is exactly like the pizza I had in Italy. I love NY style pizza, but this is Naples style (Neapolitan). It's delicious and it's done very well here. There are basic items I look for in good Neapolatin pizza. First, the crust should be crispy and airy. Second, the dough bottom should be stretched thin and cooked slightly browned with a thin crisp on the bite. Next, the sauce and cheese should be thin but savory, with a touch of olive oil and full of flavor. All of these things require skill in making and shaping the dough as well as a good oven that crisps the bottom while the cheese bubbles on top. I make pizza from scratch at home, and I've learned how important each of these factors are and the difficulty in perfection them.I personally don't respect a pizza covered with multiple toppings that distract from these primary flavors. I had the Margherita pizza and the fresh basil added a wonderful aroma and flavor that came together perfectly with the other ingredients. I remembered myself enjoying a pizza in Italy with every bite. Novo is the best Neapolatin pizza I've had anywhere in GA.Sorry, there are no photos, but the ROTP (Rule of Takeout Pizza) states you must have a slice before leaving the parking lot. Novo would be best enjoyed on premise. This wasn't an option for me this time, but a future trip will allow for pictures and more exploration!“
“Across the little side street from pizza antico is Caffe Antico.Caffe Antico is like a flavor wonderland for your taste buds! Their gelato is so good & authentic; it's like a party in your mouth, and everyone's invited! Coffee-wise, they've got selections that'll make your experience brighter than a disco ball. It's the kind of place where your taste buds high-five each other. Caffe Antico is a place for Gelato and coffee connoisseurs & novices alike.“
“Loved the pizza at this place! The cheesepizza was quite flavorful and delicious and their ranch is to die for. We also had their homegrown pizza & garlic white pizza which was also pretty flavorful. All slices came piping hot.The service is quick and nice and they have plenty of spots to sit outside and some inside! I highly recommend and I will be back!!Parking is a little hard to find, if you don’t find street parking there is a parking garage that charges $8.50 for two hours of parking.“
“We loved this place! They have many types of pizza but the gluten free pizza was our absolute favorite. Also love the vintage Pizza Hut decor. The place reminds me of pizzerias in Canada. They have lots of great options which also include things for vegan and gluten free folks.Dietary restrictions: Vegan, gluten freeKid-friendliness: They even have a vintage arcade in the back.“
“Great spot! Pizza is delicious, staff is friendly, casual elevated vibe, very reasonable prices. I had the margarita pizza and cauliflower salad. The cauliflower salad was everything. The pizza was great but I do wish they advertised it as a cheese pizza, I think margarita pizza I’m thinking big round fresh mozzarella. I will 100% be back, many times most likely! It’s a must try!!!“
“We stopped in on Saturday night after spending all day at the convention center for Atlanta Comic Con. Was seated quickly and the pizza was absolutely fantastic! 10/10 will come back next time we’re downtown and have a craving for pizza!“
“My wife and I took the pizza class this morning. Learned a how to stretch the dough without tearing for a good thin crust, putting on sauce and cheese. Johnny also focused on the baking in the oven to get a bubbly fully cooked crust with a perfectly cooked bottom. I was putting too much flour on my peel and wasn’t getting the bottom char I wanted. Made my best pizza. Will still be buying my pizza there but from time to time will make our own. Have to admit my wife -who has never made pizza- outbaked me so it remains to be seen if I have been replaced. Great class, lots of fun. Will probably take again as a refresher.“
“We celebrated my friend's birthday. The service was good, but they don't split checks for large parties which was frustrating. All our food was good the garlic bread and wild mushroom pizza were the standouts. The dessert was disappointing the cow's milk cannoli cream was extremely pasty to the point of being inedible, and the tiramisu was pasty as well but to a lesser extent.“
“Visited a new Pizzeria today, Pielands Sub & Slice . The pizza was excellent. Fresh ingredients, spread on a New York Style crust, and cooked to perfection. See you soon! Edit: I was so excited about the pizza I forgot to rave about the excellent service. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The owner is a New Yorker.“
“The hummus rivals any that I have had in Tel Aviv. In fact, it may be better. Combined with the crispy fresh pita and pickled vegetables, it’s a joy. The Southern Italian is sandwich perfection. The sweet pork with the collards, peppers, and sharp provolone makes for a masterful combination. And that sesame bread. Just go. Trust me.“
“Upscale Italian dining without the need of a suit and tie. It's a nice, intimate atmosphere. Perfect for first dates or even 15th dates.Parking: It shares a plaza with a few other popular restaurants, so parking can be a bit scarce at times“
“I had such a bad experience with other restaurants in this area I was so defeated trying to find anywhere at the end of my work day for just a simple bite, thankfully I found this spot via Google and then the lovely Greyson who made me feel so comfortable and at home. It can be hard traveling as a single woman for business, but he went out of his way to make sure I felt safe and comfortable for both food and drink. Cannot recommend enough! We need more people like him to welcome business travelers to the area!“
“Tommy at the Morristown, TN location was amazing! I've worked in customer service as a supervisor for many years and it's very rare that someone excels at speaking to and exceeding expectations! Please pass on the "great job" to him. I know it can seem far and few between to hear the good.“
“Visited this place for the first time last night and I was a little skeptical when I took a look at my cheese Bread then Tony came out of Nowhere and said Let me have that back so that I may correct it! His service skills is the reason I will return. Thanks Tony for Great Service is how a Business can Successfully flourish.“
“A great authentic NYC pizza experience in North Atlanta:Dunwoody. Everything is good! The slices, the pies, the pasta’s the sandwiches and wings. Even the Sicilian thick crust is top notch. And the Dominican NY owner is there every day! It’s the real deal… hell they even tried selling Pepsi in Atlanta of all places?????.DONT miss this hole in the wall pizza joint.“
“As a connoisseur of authentic New York-style pizza, my visit to this hidden treasure was nothing short of a delight. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the fresh aroma of freshly baked crust and bubbling cheese. The ambiance exuded a cozy, neighborhood vibe, reminiscent of the pizzerias lining the streets of NYC. My take is keep the pizza simple! 1-2 toppings max, let the crust cheese and sauce do the talking. What truly sets this place apart is its authenticity and attention to detail. The crust, thin yet perfectly crisp, serves as the foundation for the perfectly balanced sauce and cheese. Each bite transports you to the streets of New York. Despite being located in Buckhead, Atlanta, the flavors remain true to their New York roots. The secret lies in the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail needed to recreate the iconic Brooklyn-style pies with every order. But it's not just the pizza that makes this place special; it's the authentic NY pizza shop service that leaves a lasting impression. From the friendly smiles of the staff, every aspect is spot on. In a city known for its up and coming culinary scene, this shop stands out as a testament to broad appeal of New York-style pizza. Whether you're a native New Yorker looking for a taste of home or a curious foodie eager to explore new flavors, this establishment promises an unforgettable slice. if you find yourself craving an authentic slice of Brooklyn in Buckhead, look no further than this new hidden gem. With its crisp crust, quality ingredients, and unparalleled service, it's sure to leave you craving more.“
“You will not be disappointed…drinks and food fantastic. Place is great for a big party or a romantic evening. I came with friends and my hubby we had veal chop, lobster ravioli, pasta and sausage, popadella and a bunch of appetizers fantastic! I recommend the ceaser salad as well. Everyone loved their food. Had a great time and service was excellent. Thanks for a great evening in Atlanta.“
“Stopped here based on high Yelp reviews - apparently just opened about 5 months ago. Unassuming place, thought we were in the wrong place as it's set back on the corner in front of a strip shopping center with a food depot and family dollar. Once inside, greeted w/great atmosphere and amazing service. The pizza was on point! Wood-fired, great dough, nice toppings. Had the margherita pizza which was very cheesy and delicious! No picture as we ate it and finished it before I took a pic. The house cocktails were so well composed flavor-wise and beautifully presented. Kay-Kay was fabulous - server, bartender and all around hostess! Would definitely recommend. If I lived here, I would be back frequently! The website is also very well done. Props and much success to the place!“
“The service was great. The food was good. I check the bill and a scoop of the ice cream was charged at $12.00 per scoop. When I questioned it they quickly walked it back and charged me $4.00 per scoop. I don't like it when the bill is charged and they bring it over with 25% gratuity highlighted automatically. I'm okay to leave 25% but I would it to be my choice and not the server's.“
“My husband and I have ordered pizza here a handful of times now and the food is always on point. I have dietary restrictions so have to order my pizza pretty modified and there is never any issue. They are very accommodating and even with the modifications the pizza is still scrumdiddlyumptious. Crust has a nice crunch while still being soft. They do not skimp on the toppings and you can tell the ingredients are a cut above your average delivery pizza. I first started ordering from here based on a recommendation of a coworker, and now I pass that nugget of knowledge along to anyone asking about a good slice!“
“Located inside the Food Court at Colony Square. This restaurant has a fun, vibrant atmosphere with spectacular seating options, inside and outside. I enjoyed the Veggie Samosas and the service was good. If you've never been to Colony Square, you won't be disappointed. It's just steps from The High Museum and walking distance from Piedmont Park.Vegetarian options: The Veggie Samosas are really good.“
“We ordered the giant party pizza and they kindly let us place the order ahead of time so we didn’t have to de with it on party day. I called the day before to confirm and the owner was great. They even delivered it before they opened on a Sunday! My husband said we finally had pizza as good as we had up north! Thank you Dagwood.“
“Service was excellent and fast, pizza was phenomenal, all around a good spot. They’ve been open a couple years and I’ve hadn’t been before tonight- I’m glad I finally tried it. Atlanta lacks in pizza, especially at this price point ($15-17 a pie). I’d recommend trying it out, they’ve earned my business - Neapolitan style slices, pizza is on the smaller side but you can taste fresh ingredients and the high quality sauce and cheeses. Coal oven, firm but thicker crust-still airy, balanced out, overall a great ratio and theyve got it down. Summer pie was great 8.6/10, I got the carbonara as well and it was a solid 8.2/10 - very worth it. Try it out! My new favorite pizza spot in Atlanta and I’ll be a regular. Thanks Pizza Bella and I’ll spread the word. Also- Wings looked nice and crispy but I didn’t try them - next time!“
“Atlanta Pizza Truck was the biggest hit at our new years eve wedding! We wanted something different than traditional wedding food and they made our wedding dinner AMAZING! Everyone is so beyond nice (shout out to Sofia!). The pizza is so delicious and everyone loved it! We had a little hiccup with the original way we were going to do our food (we had originally planned to have the blue truck but when we had really bad weather last December and some pipes issues, it caused some damage to the truck right before our date. Stupid cold weather haha!) but Sofia’s prompt response and problem solving was great and they made everything work out beautifully and perfectly as if nothing had happened :)! Absolutely will be using them again at my future events!“
“Blue Moon has the best buffalo chicken pizza I have ever tried. It's spicy with a healthy amount of blue cheese and sweet onions that take it to the next level. It's absolutely perfect in my opinion. I have had their garlic knots before, as well as their Greek salad (which comes with pitas) - so good! Everything is always 10/10. I have yet to dine in, but it's something I've been wanting to do because this is by far my favorite pizza place.“
“Love the pizza here. This is my second time for me & my husband coming here and the taste + service are really good. The servers are friendly and helpful if you don’t know what to choose. Will recommend this place to friends and family.“
“Allow me to set the mood! It’s Hoopz last night in Atlanta before moving back to Seattle. As such, I wanted something close to his area, good, and that I had never tied before. Naturally I end up on Yelp performing a search and Boom! I stumbled across Argosy. Though I have been in this area numerous times, I have never noticed Argosy. However, tonight was the night… I was excited as the restaurant has its own private lot. Woo Hoo! Anyone who knows the area can’t attest that parking is not the best when it comes to available spaces. Once parked, we headed inside. Argosy is humongous. I’m talking super big covered patio area in the front, when you walk through that space to get to the main area, the inside is HUGE as well. The setup has your organic local bar feel and is musically vibrant and upbeat. Upon walking in we were seated within moments. The table setup makes good use of the space as you don’t feel crowded at all. We were a party of 2 and the tables next to us were a party of 10 and we both had ample space. As I looked over the menu, this is the traditional bar food menu with the Argosy twist. This makes for a limited selection to choose from, however, there is at least one traditional favorite of each food element in the menu. Our server arrived at the table within moments, welcomed us to the venue and took our drink orders. She was very pleasant and displayed a joyous smile. After a few moments of burger vs. fries, I decided to get the Wings and Fries and babeeeeeeeeeee. These wings were amazing. The wings come in a sauce I have never had before, and now that I have had it, I want to continue having it. It’s like a Buffalo style sauce not too spicy, with an Argosy taste twist to them. As far as the French fries… Hear me clearly. The art of a Homemade fry is not something everyone can execute well. However, Argosy has discovered the ART of fry making. The fries are crunchy on the outside, however, soft and fluffy on the inside. Furthermore, the fries are lightly salted which brings out the authentic taste of the potato. To make it even better, the fries aren’t too oily or overly greasy. Though I loved my wings, the French fries stole the night!! All in all, I will be back at Argosy soon as I MUST try the burger next.“
“La Calavera Pizza exceeded all expectations! Tucked away in an old house, its cozy atmosphere offers seating for just four, but fear not--carry-out is a fantastic option. The broad menu boasts both typical offerings and unique combinations, and we indulged in the Death by Pepperoni pizza along with a classic cheese pizza. The sourdough crust was absolutely delicious, adding an extra layer of flavor to every bite. To accompany our pizzas, we savored an awesome Caesar salad. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our order was ready precisely when promised. La Calavera Pizza is a gem, delivering outstanding taste and service. Highly recommend“
“From many choices of Pizza and a variety of toppings to a wide selection of home style " Grandma's Sunday Dinner " of pasta, fish and steak, it is all there at Crispina's. Top notch neighborhood restaurant never disappoints. Reservations a must and a party room is available . Enjoy Sunday dinner every night of the week.“
“Had their ragu with gluten free noodles as takeout. The ragu was SOOO flavorful. I wish I could eat the pappardelle noodles, but alas I'm celiac I think the gluten free noodles were chickpea rotini based on texture. As someone who's been gluten free forever I think they could use more gf noodles that are out there for variety like brown rice fettuccine (all the Thai brands are good), Jovial's tagliatelle etc. But I'll definitely try their other pastas even if they only have gf rotini, because the sauce was that good.“
“Great food! We eat here often and it always reliably outstanding. Plus we have tried most of the wide variety of Italian menu items and have liked all of them. Also, very reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. What a find!“
“My wife and I were visiting Atlanta this week. My wife just looked it up accidentally and what a find it was. The staff was amazingly friendly even the general manager stopped by our table a couple of times. The pizza was some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. And their dessert cinnamon sugar covered donuts with salted caramel ice cream was amazing. It was more of a cross between donuts and beignets.“
“I feel like family here. They always take care of me. I pick up dinner from from Azios a least once a week and the food is always propared with love!!!! friendly staff, busy but clean and organized. The kitchen team is awesome and the front counter team feels like family.“
“It’s a small spot so no way to eat inside but there is plenty of parking to eat in the car or take it to go. The pizza is expensive than regular Dominos of course but worth it especially if you’re vegan! The Georgia peach with the bits of peaches was really good (coming from someone who likes pineapples in their pizza ;) and the service was sweet. They have cookies, salads, and I think I saw pasta too! Lots of options and looks like a local favorite for many. Check them out!Dietary restrictions: All vegan“
“Excellent pizza, nice outdoor seating in the middle of the action close to the BallPark and the gelato was delicious and literally the largest scoops of ice cream I have ever seen. Service was also great! We will definitely be back next time we go to a Braves game.“
“Happen to run up on this place after catching a show at Dads Garage. This was just the kind of late night spot to step into. Simple menu, pizza!! Who doesn’t like pizza… not only pizza but pizza by the slice. As a native NY’er living in Atlanta, it’s always nice to have a little piece of home just a car ride away. The drinks were amazing. I don’t get too many bar tenders who can make an old fashioned, surely it’s the first drink you learn how to make right?? Idk. It was well blended and two slices of pizza in I was in heaven. It has and outdoor sitting area for those who want to sit outside, booths and a bar. The decor is reminiscent of and old school pizza joint right down to the ambient lights. Great place, check it out.“
“Beautiful establishment lovely customer service everyone so friendly helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Food was soooooo delicious. Only picture missing is of the delicious pizza. But I must say the burger was the star of the show. I absolutely LOVED that pretzel bun. Everything went together so well. I was passing thru but will definitely try again.“
“Fun place with a nice patio seating area with outdoor fireplaces.I had the caesar salad and it was so good! The lettuce was fresh, the croutons firm, the dressing was just right, and finally the freshly shaved cheese pushed the salad over the top!!!Then the pizza, a thin crust meat pizza which was just so good. The sauce sweet but not too sweet. No chunky tomatoes, but again, the cheese and overall flavor was fantastic.“
“There are few NY style hand tossed pizza places that actually taste like the namesake. Of the ones I have tried thus far, none are better than this place ~ it took me back home in Brooklyn, NY when I walked in to experience the familiar pizzeria smells and then further complimented with the tastes. I appreciated being greeted with a smile day one as well as each day I returned, which was often while I was near this Marietta location. I was able to call for a pick up order and, without using my name they knew who I was and which order was mine. There was one day that I walked up as they were opening the restaurant. I asked how long before they would be ready for me to place an order. They took my order at the door and had it ready for me in half an hour. You can't go wrong with any meal here! I am no longer in that area, however, I have and will continue to go back even if just for a slice!“
“I come to this location alot when I want some pizza in comparison to the other locations. This one is less crowded. The pizza is always good, staff is friendly, and food comes out in decent timing. No complaints hereI had Meat Lovers with banana peppers. Another slice of white pizza, add meatball, pepperoni, and banana peppers“
“Wow! A must-visit vegan spot if you are in Atlanta. I stopped by on a Wednesday morning shortly after they opened. I had seen photos of brunch dishes and a brunch menu on Yelp, but learned that brunch is only available on the weekends. On weekday mornings, they have specialty lattes, a variety of baked goods (including their very popular blueberry and banana cookies, which are so healthy they legit can be a breakfast), and breakfast tacos (which include black beans, vegan egg, a variety of vegetables, and vegan egg and are then topped with fresh avocado and, if you want, can also be wrapped in a collard leaf). I went with two breakfast tacos -- and loved them so much I ordered another one. They were so flavorful and had a variety of textures, too. Absolutely delicious! I took a few baked goods to go: a raw cinnamon roll made with pecan and oat flour and psyllium husk, tahini chocolate chip cookies, and a double chocolate pistachio cookie. The baked good were absolutely amazing. The cinnamon roll was fluffy and light, the tahini chocolate chip cookies were divine and not too sweet, and the double chocolate pistachio cookies had a rich chocolate flavor without being too sweet. The owner, Claudine, is so personable and friendly. We spoke for about fifteen minutes and I learned about her journey in the restaurant world. I am in Atlanta for another two days and I am definitely stopping by again before I fly back home!!“
“Went here to pick up some pizzas tonight! Atmosphere was super cute, can’t speak on service since we didn’t dine in. We got the Marg and Chicken Coop Deville pizzas and they were delicious! My only critique is that the dough was a little chewy and crust was a little burnt but that might just be their style. The cost of two medium pizzas is about $30, and they are a bit smaller than we thought but it was still plenty enough for two. Overall, I was a fan and definitely plan on coming back!“
“Their gyros are legit! I especially love how they jam pack it with meat. Fries are crispy but their onion rings are too far along which is my only complaint. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and the pricing is fair. Great place for a tasty gyro!“
