The manager, Taylor, literally stood in the middle of the restaurant leaning against the bar counter laughing and talking. Meanwhile, there was a lady in front of me whose To-Go order had been placed over an hour ago. Another lady waiting in the lobby had been sitting unattended for 30 minutes. There was no host established. The manager did NOT attend anyone, despite making eye contact with several guests. The tables visibly had no food.

I do not recommend eating at Buffalo Wild Wings at Mall of GA. Food was good but service is horrible. There were 4 of us, one ordered a limeade and didn’t get it until a minute before the food was served. And it took a long time to get our food. Then I didn’t get my sides for another 15 minutes and one of us sent her wings back because they were cold and didn’t get any of her food until 10 minutes after we were finished eating. The place wasn’t busy (only two tables with customers) yet we waited at least 5 minutes to be seated. Once seated we placed our order but had to wait about 10 minutes for drinks. Salads came with forks but we needed knives and the waitress never brought them. Never got drink refills. Or checked on after food was dropped off.
