“Please…..for the love of GOD….please stop putting the receipts in or on the fries! Now….hear me out: 1) it’s proven that money, check cards, etc. are COVERED in bacteria - specifically e. Coli. Your cashiers handle those items all day, then handle the receipt then put it in your fries. And… 2) receipt paper has BPA/BPS on it - it’s proven that even touching the paper will get it on your hands - suffice it to say putting the receipt on your food is also a bad idea. Please work with your employees on this SUPER basic principle for cleanliness and consideration. Not asking a lot here but I have asked sooooooooo many times and it seems too much. Anyway. The chicken is pretty good when it’s not dry. The chicken minis and frozen coffee are chef’s 😘 though. Also, Quincy is the best.“
“I ordered a meal via Uber eats , and there was no option for sauces. So I called in and specifically asked for my order to have sauce in it. I got my order and the food wasn’t fresh and there was no sauce. I was pretty upset so I drove to them and told the manager my concerns. Chinwe quickly address the situation and made remade my order and gave me the sauces that I needed. She handled the situation extremely well and I am happy with my food and the service that I had gotten!“
“Good CFA, not the fastest (10 minutes for a single spicy sandwich, although it was also decently busy). Could be better with maybe more workers and more efficient ways of doing things, but not as bad as the previous reviews made it! Sandwich was very good, ice cream was one of the biggest I've seen (ordered by my brother).“
“My whole entire order was wrong asked for no cheese and no egg on my chicken muffin And I
received only cheese and egg. Not Happy when i got to wk and got ready to eat it. So needless to say i threw it away. My 4 ct minis were missing 3 yes I only had one in box. Course I ate it before I snaped a picture of my muffin. Happy Monday All“
