Must have been standing around for 3-5 minutes to get a drink refill. Even then, I had to ask. Everyone else ignored me. The order itself was correct and the fries were actually crispy, unlike a lot of the other locations I’ve visited
As usual Chick fil A is great doesn't matter where you get it. The staff was super friendly, the service was fast and in a short time we were enjoying our fix. This location is within the Georgia Mall food court. At times there could be issues finding where to sit to eat. However the cleaning staff quickly clean the tables and shortly after getting your food you can be enjoying it. The lines where short for weekend lunch and the waiting area was organized properly. I ordered a meal via Uber eats , and there was no option for sauces. So I called in and specifically asked for my order to have sauce in it. I got my order and the food wasn’t fresh and there was no sauce. I was pretty upset so I drove to them and told the manager my concerns. Chinwe quickly address the situation and made remade my order and gave me the sauces that I needed. She handled the situation extremely well and I am happy with my food and the service that I had gotten!
