I have always enjoyed Chick-fil-A, but for a while now the quality has really gone downhill on the chicken. It's either a small piece of chicken or it's a flat chicken breast tastes old and very greasy. I wish someone would take the time to inspect what's going on in the kitchen and the quality of the food put out. I do enjoy Chick-fil-A but it's got to change.
I usually come to chick fil a for the friendly service, but the young man who helped me had a very unpleasant demeanor and rushed me. All half of my fried were ice cold Iike they only fried three on the top and dumped on ones that were just sitting there.
Unbelievable that they count really tiny chicken nugget like picture is one nugget🤯
