An employee was incredibly rude to my mother. A nice lady who just wanted to order some bagels. After literally treating her like she was some kind of animal I asked to talk to the manager. To my surprise he was just as rude and disrespectful to me. He couldn't care less. Beauty about Einsteins is that there are numerous locations so you should definitely avoid this one.
Beautiful & big store. Service was good & quality just as I remember from the East Cobb location. Miss our Sandy Plains location.
