Employees were friendly. Food was very fresh. Restaurant and restroom were clean.
I am not exaggerating when I tell you this is the absolute slowest Panda Express I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been here at least six or seven times just in the last three months and every single time it is a minimum 15 to 20 minute wait even if there’s no one in the drive-through. This Panda Express receives mixed feedback. The food is good, but the service is absolutely horrible, and this location will not meet the standards of being served almost immediately. Another reviewer had an outstanding visit: the staff were all friendly, the location was very clean, and the staff thanked them for the visit. A table was already being cleaned, and the staff at 1PM on Aug 11th all deserve as much praise as possible. Others report good food, good service, and a health code of 100, with staff physically measuring the temperature of the food and documenting it, showing they care. One reviewer had an issue with portion sizes, but a kind, patient, and understanding staff member made sure the meal was fully compensated and replaced at no charge, with portion sizes exactly as they should be. This is a new Panda Express with a plate for about $10, a pretty good value. The portions are fair, the food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was positive. The food is always fresh, the service is always excellent, and favorites include the honey sesame chicken, the bejing beef, and the grilled teriyaki chicken. The bejing beef has a little kick to it, if you like spice.
