Asu Mare Peruvian Restaurant serves flavorful food with great portions for the price. The Peruvian fried chicken is juicy, with a delicious creamy cilantro green sauce and a spicy sauce with a kick. The Lomo Saltado is a real deal Peruvian stir-fry, and the Aji De Gallina is a chicken-with-gravy dish. The Papa a la Huacaina is awesome, and the pineapple drink tastes refreshing. The Oreo Tres Leches is moist with prominent Oreo flavor. The staff is extremely friendly, and the restaurant has exclusive Wednesday-Friday openings.
