I ordered the new $7 combo box which comes with the steak Chalupa supreme, a beefy five- layer burrito, a nacho cheese Doritos locos taco, cheesy nachos, and a medium fountain drink. *****However ***** What I got was a bean burrito with nothing else on it - NOT A BEEFY FIVE LAYER. I went through their drive thru and waited on my food and got it then pulled over to check everything and was missing some of my items and then drove through again and the night manager tried saying he gave me both of the items and i told them they could check the bag and after me waiting more the guy at the window told me to back up my car for no reason. Waited 2 minutes then pulled forward again to grab it and leave i gotta say night shift sucks

I went to the drive-thru and asked if they still have the box special. She replied "No". I then asked about the Chalupa Box Special. Her reply was "Yes". Is that not a box special? It's time to replace these restaurant workers with BOTs. BOTs won't have attitude and they will get your order right. Also, you won't have to tip them.
