“Mole chicken enchiladas! Good food and generous portions. We get seated right away, and chips are brought to the table promptly. Only complaint is that a server takes a while to come to the table. When I waited tables, we stopped by a table, said hi, and let them know we would be their server. It makes you feel as if they don't care to serve you.“

“We had an outstanding dining experience at El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant!
The food was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and some of the most authentic Mexican cuisine we’ve enjoyed in a long time. Every dish was prepared perfectly, and you can tell a lot of care goes into both the recipes and presentation.
What truly made our visit special, however, was our server, Jocelyn. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and treated us like valued guests. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure our table was well taken care of throughout the entire meal. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service turned a great meal into an exceptional dining experience.
A big thank you to Jocelyn for going above and beyond, and compliments to the entire team for providing such delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back and highly recommend El Ranchito to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food and outstanding service in Fort Valley!“

“This place is just outstanding! Staff is always friendly and efficient! We have been frequent flyers here for years and they never disappoint. They recently added a 10 oz ribeye that they serve on a cast iron skillet, I tried it and it is off the chain delicious!“

“We eat here very often and the food is the best! However we walked in with a party of 16 for a birthday party and the staff were more than accommodating! We got a table immediately after walking in and chips and salsa were on the tables before we could finish sitting down. We didn’t wait long for food at all after ordering and all the food was hot coming out of the kitchen! It was nice to walk into a restaurant and have the staff be so welcoming and accommodating! They truly went above and beyond! Thank you El J’s!!!“

“Super cute interior and huge inside. Definitely has a ranchero vibe. Full bar. For a chicken torta as big as your face plus fries it was about $12. It was not the best torta I've had, but it was very good and made for two meals. The birria tacos are the stars, though. Three large tacos with broth for dipping was about $11. A must try. So nice to find authentic Mexican food in Macon.“

“Love this place. Thankfully I remember my visit, unlike my first time where my margarita kicked my behind. Just glad I wasn't driving the first visit.
We ordered a sampler platter and a dozen wings. Everything was tasty and our server was too notch. Kept our drinks refilled and was able to accommodate the one request my wife had.
Will definitely be back, and can't wait to try their tacos. Love the decor in the place.

“A hidden 💎. Listen the food is literally in a grocery store. The food was really fresh. All the meats I had were delicious ( barbaco, asada, pork, cabeza, chorizo), the tortillas were normal nothing special. The sauces were fresh and flavorful. The “ Agua Fresca” was also top tier because they have a variety of flavors (guava, pineapple,mango, papaya, tamarind, and horchata, they have more). Inexpensive delicious quality food. One person with use was a picky eater and they definitely had a language barrier but his food was still delicious even though it wasn’t want he was trying to order. It got smashed though“

“To whomever made my bean burrito tonight (7/12/26 12:30am), may your kindness be returned tenfold, your shifts go by quickly, and your burrito-folding hands be forever blessed. You may have just been making a burrito, but you delivered a perfectly wrapped moment of joy. The tortilla was secure, the beans were balanced, the red sauce was applied with the precision of a true artisan. Taco Bell should be proud.“
