“Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly. This location takes a lot of mobile orders so even if there are not many patrons on site you could still potentially have to wait for your order to be made. My wait time was 15 min with 2 customers in front of me due to mobile orders being prioritized over on site customers.“

“I’m pregnant and eat an absurd amount of sandwiches from this firehouse location. I just ordered a door dash sandwich as I’m working from home and can’t leave. The app didn’t have the option for chopped pickles. I called to see if they would add them for me. Not only did she say she’d add them, she said she’d send me extra pickles! 10/10 on the customer service! Thanks so much guys! I wish I had gotten her name“
