“Dont know what's going on with Zaxbys maybe because they are going to be moving to a new location but the portions are smaller and the chicken wasn't fully cooked when I stopped by this evening. I wonder how many other people are saying the same thing?“

“I used the app to order dinner and arrived at the eta given by the app. The cashier greeted me promptly when I arrived and handed my order over immediately. It was hot and fresh, and prepared just as I ordered it. There was a nice young lady in the dining room working. She offered to grab a drink carrier for me. As I was leaving, she ran up and got the door for me! Great job Zaxby’s! This young lady, I don’t know her name, but she knows how to deliver customer service.“
