Although the corporate call center is located in another country and was not helpful at all, the management and employees at this store provided a fast and much appreciated remedy.“
“I placed an online order, and when I submitted it, the website indicated that it could not be processed. Consequently, I went through the ordering process once again and successfully placed the order for the second time. Upon reaching the store, I was asked whether I had placed two orders or just one. I explained the situation to the staff member, who then informed me that they had attempted to call and verify which order was correct. Unfortunately, I couldn't answer the call as I was driving to the store. Consequently, the staff member made the decision to proceed with the second order, which turned out to be the correct one.As a result, both orders were in the system and processed. The lady at the counter, recognizing the situation, asked if I would like to take both orders since the incorrect one would be discarded. I happily agreed, especially considering that I was headed to the hospital the following day and could share the extra pizzas with my family members who would be there. This employee, whose name I did not get, exhibited exceptional customer service by identifying the issue, attempting to rectify it, and ultimately choosing not to waste food but rather reward a customer.“
“I tried for over an hour to order by way of the app, but I finally went in and showed the girl at the register what I'd tried to do. Although she wasn't able to fix it (she said maybe the app was down, so try again later) but she did give me the discount and said to come back in 10 minutes. I went and got gas and was back 10 minutes later with 2 fresh out of the oven pizzas, both delicious and hot! Thanks so much!“
