“Well last night was just awful. Sat at the table for over 10 mins. asked a server to please wait on us and she did. She was new so she was trying. (It was not her table) I got the Southern fried chicken, green beans and pinto beans. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked earlier and re-dipped in the fryer to heat it up.🤮 the green beans or cold. I went in to Cracker Barrel just for the fried chicken and was very disappointed. No manager insight I did have it taken off my bill.“

“I live close to this Shane's and have gone there quite frequently since they opened. I've never had a bad meal. I prefer the ribs, chopped pork or tenders. Ask for your fries to be well done and they are fresh, hot and crispy. Peach cobbler is excellent also.“

“Did the Brunch buffet today. Everything I sampled was good to excellent. Definitely no complaints. All the staff were helpful, courteous, and smiling. JD even played a pinball game with my 2 grandsons. My only complaint, if you want to call it that,was being charged for ice tea. Trust me, that won't stop us from going again. EXCELLENT!!“
