“This place is fantastic for some BBQ!! From the moment you arrive in the parking lot you smell the wonderful aroma of BBQ smoke. Once you step inside, the smoke aroma is so good that your mouth starts watering! Well, mine did at least. There are new owners to this establishment by about a month or so. I know what you're thinking, "is the food still at the level it was before?", because that's what I was thinking. I'm happy to report that, the food is delicious! The pulled pork had a nice smoke in it. The collard greens were excellent and the mac-n-cheese was creamy with great flavor. I've been coming to this place for 10 years and it's always a treat. I'm happy to discover that the new owners are taking the torch and running with it!

“I’m new to the area and I have visited this restaurant 3 times. All 3 times were great. The environment is clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and attentive. The meals I’ve had have been very good. I find most restaurant coffee to taste watered down, the coffee here tastes like coffee :) the Pecan Praline French Toast is delicious, the sausage gravy is so good, not too greasy and doesn’t have that powdered taste. This will be a regular spot for sure.“

The wife had a Reuben, that she described as “very good”, and a third party with us had the fried pickle hamburger. They said they really enjoyed it. Definitely a recommended spot to frequent if in the area. If only we lived closer or they opened a location here. It’s one of those spot that you think the locals try to keep secret, being tucked back in a beautifully manicured parking lot, off a busy street.“

The cashier (Aster) , manager (Charles) , and waitress (Chris) all provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed and well-attended to throughout my visit.
