Last week stopped by Big Shanty Smokehouse in Kennesaw, Georgia. I’ve been going here for years and always has been one of my favorite places in Georgia. Paul Holden of Willingham's World Champion BBQ recently took over as the new owner in August and excited to see what he continues to bring. Living in the area 38 years and knew BSSH was here in downtown Kennesaw! What a pleasant experience meeting the owners and talking about how they grill/smoke products ... took home Ribs, 1/2 Chicken .... Brunswick Stew .... simply wonderful ! Tender, smoky ... the Stew was flavorful (full of meat-chunks) .... highly recommended!!!
