My biggest issue with Sam’s House is how inconsistent the quality is visit to visit. I’ll start by saying I have never had bad meat, but for a BBQ joint the sides are just as important. Mac n cheese was dry which was super disappointing, fries were basically frozen checkers fries. (in the past the fries were hand cut and very good) Ribs were very good, pork was very good and the sausage is great as well. Ok this place is by far one of my favs. It’s like a ole back in the day jut joint environment shall I say. I mean the meat is grilled and slow cooked. My Goodness and the food is ….oh my Goodness… just try it for yourself
Vegetarian options: Collard, beans, potato salad, etc…
Kid-friendliness: I’m sure it’s kids stuff on the menu I just don’t have a need to look at it because I don’t have kids.
