I go there a lot during the week! I always mobile order they greet me so well they’re absolutely so kind so sweet so efficient, the food is always good. The doctors are always. I’ve never had a problem. Definitely the best I have ever been to.
I hate leaving negative reviews, especially because I love Taco Bell, but it seems like every time I come to this location, there’s always some kind of issue.
This morning, I arrived at the mobile order drive-thru at 8:16 AM and waited about 6 minutes without being greeted. I drove around to the window and there was no one there. Taco Bell in GA offers an excellent dining experience with fresh, tasty food and a clean environment. The staff, including a consistently friendly employee at the window, maintain a positive attitude. This location stands out among others for its speedy service and fresh meals, like the delicious Crunchwrap Supreme, Doritos Locos Taco, and Double Stacker Taco, all served hot and ready to eat. The nacho fries are back for a limited time and even better with nacho cheese sauce. Customers praise the amazing atmosphere, quiet and relaxing, with clean bathrooms and great service. The employees are polite and respectful, quickly fixing any order issues and making customers feel taken care of. Though sometimes understaffed, the team works hard to provide good customer service, making this the best Taco Bell in Carrollton. Pair your meal with the iconic Baja Blast for a refreshing treat.
