Sonic Drive-In offers a mixed experience according to reviewers. While some enjoy the burgers and discounted drinks through the app, others find issues with the consistency of shakes and the quality of fries. The broken screens at the drive-thru seem to be a common problem, with some not allowing customers to opt out of tipping. However, many customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with employees like Bri offering extra napkins and ketchup, and another employee walking out to take orders when the speaker wasn't working. One customer received a Rt44 Vanilla Coke that was described as the best drink ever, enjoyed with great customer service. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with plenty of parking and wheelchair access. Overall, Sonic Drive-In provides a range of fast food options, with both positive and negative experiences reported by customers.
