I come here about once a week and I stopped here for lunch. There was a sports team there getting their orders and when it came time for me to place my order, the lady told me it was going to be 30 minutes because she had to go and make all this food for the team. I was the only other customer in the building, mind you. There were only two employees getting all these orders together (a serious management issue). They forgot an item in my delivery order. The bacon inside my two breakfast wraps was wrong. And after eight calls, they are refusing to answer the phone at the actual restaurant.
