Ideal Bakery & Cafe

For a new owner to call a customer that voiced concern for a cake not frosted and did not complete request of the customer is not a reputable business or a well suited owner for a "bakery." I would recommend avoiding this "bakery" and the owner, that does not understand what and how a business operates. While the owner is "learning," they might also want to learn that customer service is asking what went wrong, and stating how you may fix it. Today was my first time coming to the bakery. The lady was so warm welcoming when I came in and she asked me what I had going on today which was so sweet. Then I proceeded with my order I tried the sausage balls, peanut butter cookies, stuffed cookie, double chocolate chip and chocolate chip. Everything was delicious.
