Today, in particular, Dez was very kind and I was so impressed by her ability to hear orders through the dated speaker system and still make drinks, take payments, and work the drive through window simultaneously. “We have been going to mellow for years but took a break after my son got sick from eating there. That was probably 2 years ago. Last Friday we went for the first time since the remodel and the interior is great and clean. The food is good and a lot faster than it used to be, even on a busy night.
Our server last week was very kind and attentive. One of the main reasons we went back. Tonight we had a female with red and black hair, not sure of her name. It took 10 minutes just to greet us and that was after we complained to the host (who also failed to give us a high chair and seemed to have an attitude when I asked for one). Our server saw us to take our order and give the check only. Had to fight to get a refill on drinks.
We love the food, but I hope service improves. Otherwise we’re back to never going.“

They have a variety of different sides that you can get, like fried okra, hush puppies, and french fries, that are all really good. For me, one of the best things about this place is the milkshakes!!! They have the best milkshakes.The Fudge banana milk shake is out of this world!! They have every flavor imaginable. I believe up to 36 flavors of milk shakes. I suggest you try one.“
