I would like to file a complaint about my experience today.
When I arrived at the drive-thru, two different employees spoke to me while taking my order, which made the ordering process confusing. I clearly ordered a large drink. However, when I got to the window, I was given a medium drink instead.
I politely asked if it could be changed to the large size that I had ordered, but I was told they couldn’t do it because “that’s what was in the system.”

Want what appears to be day-old donuts at full price? Get them here! Three 7 am stops, not one fresh donut. Iced Caramel Macchiato works well though!

When I got to the register to place my order, I said, “Good morning,” and the young lady didn’t even respond. I honestly don’t understand how people are chosen to work with customers when they don’t have basic manners. But anyway, I continued with a smile.
