I ordered a medium how pumpkin spice coffee and two hash browns. My coffee tastes horrible, with no trace of Pumpkin Spice. On top of that my hash browns were hard, crunchy, and cold, like kettle corn chips. If I'd have known that, I would drive the extra 10-15 miles to a different store.
Attitude all the way around with employees Food was cold.
I came to this store to get breakfast, and honestly, I left disappointed with the service I received.
When I got to the register to place my order, I said, “Good morning,” and the young lady didn’t even respond. I honestly don’t understand how people are chosen to work with customers when they don’t have basic manners. But anyway, I continued with a smile.
