DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The manager in the evenings is absolutely horrible. I had an issue with my check because of their mistake and he didn’t even listen to my concerns. He spoke over me with an attitude the entire time and blamed it on “it’s been a long day”. That’s no excuse to be disrespectful at all when I have done absolutely nothing to you. From Texas so we eat Mexican all the time. Was good.
My husband and I love La Botana’s food, but the restaurant has a serious issue with answering the phone. Every time that we try to call in an order, the phone rings and rings and rings with no answer. My husband and I have both been calling the restaurant for the past hour (combined 40 phone calls) and they just FINALLY picked up the phone. It is now 8:00 pm on a Friday.
