To say underwhelmed is not an exaggeration
First I was taken back when a lox bagel/the ultimate cost $16.95 sandwich only!!
When I got my bagel/ it was thick with cream cheese but barely had any capers or lox on it.. what a let down

What is the purpose of pre-ordering a week before, pre-paying for the order and driving 45 minutes to pick up the order to be told that you don’t have four of the bagels that we ordered? What is the point? Our guest and I are very disappointed.
