“Went to this location on my lunch break ordered the discovery luxe box asked for my tacos to be supreme and they didn’t make it supreme after charging me for it. Called the number just for them to put the phone down and went on to having a whole conversation instead of trying to resolve the issue. So now I’m here leaving a review that could’ve been avoided had they tried to fix the issue. I’m NEVER ordering at this location again they absolutely don’t care and what makes it even worse was there wasn’t even a long line in the drive through where they couldn’t get my order correct. It’s not hard to fix minor discrepancies because mistakes happen however they just don’t care to address it. They really gotta do better.
Edit: Forgot to edit the same day this occurred but I went back to the Taco Bell when I got off of work and explained the situation to the Manger Ms.Meka and she was very helpful in correcting the situation and remade my order for me. Ms.Meka made my customer experience better from her going out her way to the employee apologizing. Overall I’m satisfied with how they corrected the issue Thank you Ms.Meka.“
