I always go through the drive thru and my last experience was so positive! Had an Arby's team member who was polite and helpful with an upbeat attitude and a joy to interact with which seems to be so rare in fast food these days.
Did give me a regular bun when app didn't offer. Drink was smaller than expected for paying nearly $4 for it, didn't give 2nd cheese that was ordered and didn't ask for it after 1st cup was less than half filled but charged full price for it! Was clean

2023 - Enjoyable service and food. Thank you(2022) Be kind to the employees. They are under staffed - slow. Incorrect order due to newbies working. I'm sure service will get better once staff is trained.
