It was all around very good. Friendly environment and good food.
In comparison to the location off of Macon Rd this location is the complete opposite!! Great customer service, fresh food/chips, and polite. I wrote off going to any chipotle because every time I went I had a bad experience. This location is definitely trying to turn around and it shows!!
If you are a vegterian, please be careful with what you order or look in your food before eating it. I will be reporting this issue to upper management as well. This has not happened once but twice so far. This occurred on 06/30/2026 around 5:58 p.m.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes. While some customers have experienced issues with staffing and availability of certain menu items, the food is generally described as great, with the carne asada being well-seasoned and the chicken bowl being a favorite for many. The restaurant provides a quick and convenient dining option, though some feedback indicates that staff sometimes appear unmotivated. However, many customers have noted kindness from certain employees, particularly a Mexican/Latino lady who has been recognized for her attentive service and professionalism. Customers should be aware of any limitations on order sizes or payment methods, and while the food is typically good, there have been concerns about cleanliness and certain meal tastes. Overall, Chipotle remains a popular choice for those looking for flavorful Mexican-inspired meals.
