For the love of God get it together. This place is in desperate need of better management & staff. I'm from a large city where Einstein Bagels is a morning staple. This particular establishment needs better air conditioner, better customer service, and a cleaner interior. Half the time they're not even open when they should be & that's probably because the employees are miserable & don't want to bother opening at regular hours. I ordered an Albuquerque turkey from the menu. It did not come with a bagel like the ingredients on the menu. They put it on just a regular white bread bun instead. I don't know what it is about the food places on campus, but expect whatever you order to come with the wrong ingredients. Whehter it is an added ingredient that is not listed in the ingredients list (people with food allergies beware) or just ingredients swapped with the wrong ones.
