Hot fresh sign is on but provided cold donuts
No customer service and cashier had her back turn talking to another employee throughout the hold transaction and rushed off the intercom when asked for fresh donuts never again
They are not even open just a scam
Went yesterday for this promotion around 6 pm and the place was closed. Why run a promotion if you can’t supply the customer with any product? This is the second time Krispy Kreme has failed on a promotion.
