Placed a drive thru order during the breakfast/lunch switch. Was informed to drive to the side of the store, and someone would bring out my order. Ten minutes later, no one brought my order. Went inside the store, asked about my order, my food was never prepared by the cook. After handing my receipt to the cashier, my food was finally prepared. Will never order food during the breakfast/lunch switch over again.
