American Deli offers a variety of dishes, with the Chicken Philly, Gyro Wrap, and Shrimp Fried Rice being popular choices. While the food is generally praised for its taste, there are some inconsistencies in presentation and preparation. Some customers have reported overcooked fries and bland chicken. The service can be slow, with delays even when orders are placed ahead of time. The restaurant staff are described as unenthusiastic, and the dining area may be sticky and become crowded while customers wait for their orders. Despite these issues, many customers find the food to be enjoyable and plan to visit again.
