I ordered a Big Kahuna sub last night, after several delays, they canceled my order, and told me to contact the store directly by phone. Their store will not answer their phone.
And my credit card has been charged for the order.
Having come here regularly I have experienced great service from most of the staff. I have witnessed unfortunately how rude and psychotic most of the customers are. I mean its just a sandwich. Reading some of the comments I have probrably been present when these people lost their marbles. Keep it up guys.
Extremely rude staff- throwing food around on the counter- raising their voices at customers- cussing at customers the last 2x I’ve been to this location. Very unprofessional!!
