Daphne Lodge Restaurant is a beloved dining destination known for its excellent food and exceptional service. The restaurant boasts an impressive wine list and serves generous portions of delectable dishes, including the popular Parmesan Grouper, broiled scallops and shrimp, and a variety of seafood entrees. Customers consistently praise the homemade salad dressings, twice-baked potatoes, and crab fingers and fried pickles as appetizers. Daphne Lodge is a wonderful quiet place next to the Lake and across from the State Park. The food is phenomenal, especially the catfish. It is a family oriented, luxurious atmosphere, and still feels like home. Daphne Lodge offers a unique dining experience with a great menu of local and Southern delicacies, great value, and warm, friendly service. The food was top notch period. The cut of meat was thick and beautiful for under $50. Service is attentive without being disruptive, friendly but not contrived. It accomplishes a homey atmosphere in fine dining. It is worth taking a detour.
