Just visited tonight for date night!! We had a wonderful meal starting with the fried artichokes and the bread, oh the bread it’s what they use for the pizza dough (which we’ve decided next time to try the pizza) then it was on to the fettuccine Alfredo the way it’s done in Italy!! Butter, cheese and garlic served with house made fettuccine!! Our waitress Emma was AMAZING!! We can’t wait to go back!! The Flanigans
We ate here for the first time tonight for our anniversary. Very yummy food and drinks! Will definitely recommend to others. Fallon was an AMAZING server - fast service, very attentive, very knowledgeable!
Delicious food. Great staff. Fallon has been our server twice and she is a wealth of knowledge about the menu and drink pairings. We even met the chef! Plan to return often.

Farmacia Trattoria in Cornelia offers an exquisite and authentic dining experience with incredible food and phenomenal service. The atmosphere is unique, comfortable, and inviting, set within the warm, relaxed design of an old pharmacy embellished by lovely background music. The decor features wood-burning ovens, and there is a secret members-only wine cellar in the former drug store basement.
The menu includes outstanding dishes. Starters include excellent Artisan Bread, a tasty Pea Salad, a bread and artichokes appetizer, and a Caesar Salad that is a meal in itself. For main courses, the hand-tossed, wood-fired pizza comes in varieties like Sweet Sausage and a special pineapple one. The lasagna is so good and authentic, and the special pasta is also excellent. Desserts are available to try.
The staff goes above and beyond to make occasions special, helping with set menus and custom printing. Servers provide excellent, welcoming service, offering suggestions and even complimentary items. The experience is awesome and well worth a drive, making it a favorite restaurant and the finest food for any occasion. Guests look forward to returning.
