Five Guys in Covington was AMAZING!! The food was fresh, hot, and so good, but the customer service really made the experience. Huge shoutout to Aziah, Caleb, and Arianna for being so kind, helpful, and welcoming. They made sure everything was right and genuinely made the visit enjoyable. Great team and great service — definitely coming back!
I came to Five Guys on Monday, August 17th, and had a really great experience. I noticed a tall male employee named Caleb, I believe, helping out in pretty much every area he could. Even though it seemed like the team was understaffed and a little overwhelmed, he kept a very positive attitude and continued making sure everything was getting done.

My family and I were immediately greeted by the entire staff. The customer service was outstanding, particularly due to Darren, who provided exceptional hospitality. Additionally, the food was hot, fresh and delicious, and this location was noticeably clean.
I highly recommend this location, and we look forward to returning.
