This young lady at Cold Stone (Conyers) by the name of Arielle ( not sure if correct spelling) had a long line of customers with just her assisting in our orders. “I came here the other night and Ciana helped me. Her customer service skills are on the Chick-fil-A level!!! I mean that with no shade at all to Sonic. But never has any Sonic employee been so helpful, sweet and professional at this or any other location. Ciana was pleasant, kind and gave product knowledge.
