Be careful ordering ice cream cakes here. The staff member who took my order tried very hard to ensure she had all the info for the cake I ordered and even called the manager out to verify they had all the info needed. The problem was when I went to pick up my 1/2 sheet cake it was 1/4 of a traditional sheet cake. So buyer beware..the cake was labeled to serve 8-12 (they wrote it on the box) but there was no way that cake would serve that many. When I inquired about it they said...read full review

Everybody in there was working so hard! Their positive attitude is what really makes you want to come back on top of making yummy desserts ?! Laura served me for my birthday made me feel very welcome and apologized for the wait! Loved her customer service and I loved my treat! Thank you guys!
